Quantafuel’s technology is one piece of the puzzle that will make up tomorrow’s sustainable waste handling. This will include efforts to reduce waste, to reuse and recycle. However, the reality is that a substantial amount will be produced in the future, and a substantial portion of this will be in a state that makes reuse or recycling impractical. This is where Quantafuel comes in, turning this problem into a valuable resource.

Ansvarsområder

  • Be responsible for the setting and achieving of the commercial strategic objectives for the company
  • Be responsible for negotiating and securing commercial contracts on behalf of the company world-wide
  • Generate new business opportunities through actively maintaining existing key relationships in addition to developing new ones
  • Make sure there are always adequate resources available to support the commercial strategy
  • Handle all commercial issues and queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Actively manage the project pipeline and the bid/tender process for each new opportunity
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets are being met, suggesting corrective actions when needed
  • Build best-practice solutions in handling new enquires, and the assessment of which opportunity to pursue
  • Participation in the executive team

Kompetanse / Formell bakgrunn

  • MSc or BSc within a relevant degree
  • Solid experience from Sales and Business Development within project sales. A good technical understanding is an advantage
  • A solid network of relevant contacts in general, and the chemical, oil, and gas sector in particular
  • Used to work with various types of conceptual sales
  • Broad experience within networking and building relationships with existing and new customers
  • A proven record within sales including logistics

  • Strong communications skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff
  • Excellent Managerial Skills, a motivator and with a calm and reassuring personality
  • Commercial and financial attitude, self-starter and with an ability to close deals
