  • Deliver the budget expectation for Norway, growing the customer base and leading to continued year on year business expansion
  • Responsible for delivery of the Profit and Loss for the location
  • Actively promote and represent the company to Norwegian clients, attending industry events, making frequent client visits, etc.
  • Maintain an up to date view of the Norwegian market (Map The Market document) – covering clients, competitors, market shares, and supporting a tactical growth plan for the company to become the largest market share holder in Norway
  • Recruit, manage and lead locally hired personnel
  • Driving excellence in all aspects of operationally delivery
  • Responsible for compliance with all group HR policies, procedures and government legislative requirements for the location
  • Keep the Region leadership team informed and advised, reporting regularly both positive factors and challenges relevant to the performance of the business
  • Cooperate and collaborate with the Aberdeen location, using it as a resource however mindful of the need for Norway to become an effective stand-alone operation as soon as possible
  • Ensure the local supply chain providers are working efficiently and effectively
  • Implement, adhere to and ensure compliance with the company's Technology’s Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and industry standards

Kompetanse / Formell bakgrunn

  • Well established and proven track record in an offshore rentals or similar business, with an established industry profile
  • Thorough technical, operational and commercial knowledge of the offshore survey, IRM and ROV tooling businesses. Technical credibility in the offshore survey industry is essential
  • Norwegian citizen, with excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficiently competent with Microsoft products (Office applications, AX, etc.)
