Ingvild Myhre has an MSc Engineering from NTNU. She has been the CEO of the telecom company Network Norway and CEO of Telenor Mobil and Alcatel Telecom Norway.
Mrs. Myhre has more than 20 years of boardroom experience from both private and public companies.
Grete er vår daglige leder og jobber samtidig aktivt med rådgivningprosesser på vegne av ledere innen fornybar energi, olje og gass. Grete har tidligere erfaring fra rollen som Personalsjef i Schlumberger, daglig leder for Relocation i Norge, i tillegg til å ha jobbet flere år som rådgiver og coach for ledere primært innen olje og gass bransjen. Med bakgrunn i hennes internasjonale erfaring, studier i økonomi og HR og erfaring med LEAN metodikk vil hun på vegne av Intersearch Norway representere selskapet i ulikt rådgivningsarbeid knyttet til å hjelpe ledere oppnå sitt fulle potensiale, både på vegne av dem selv, og de selskapene de representerer.
Grete er utdannet Siviløkonom fra Université Panthéon Assas med Master i HR fra ESSEC Business School i Paris. Hun er videre medlem i nominasjonskomiteen til Econa, og er forfatter av boken «Leadership Snapshots».

Mariann is a Senior Advisor with Intersearch Norway working with Executive search and Advisory assignments on behalf of clients primarily in the Stavanger region. Mariann has many years of experience from the oil and gas industry, both on behalf of the operating- and oil service companies, holding several leadership positions within HMS, HR and organisational development in Norway and Europe. In later years she has held the position as CEO and Consultant, working with leadership, organisational development, strategy and board room work.
Mariann is educated with Master degrees in Production management, Team Management and Strategic Management from the University of Stavanger and BI.
