The Company has installed 37 000 charging stations and is the market leader for EV charging in multi-family homes. They are present with 10 distributors in 10 countries

About the role

The Senior Salesperson will build a business area of distributors in UK & Germany.

Main tasks

  • The person will proactively reach out to potential partners within Europe. Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closing. Develop and execute a go-to-market plan that is relevant and appropriate for the respective region. Develop and implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, customer conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. Proactively provide insights on ways to improve efficiency of sales and daily operation Find and respond to tenders and be flexible with regards to travelling.

Education and experience

  • Experience with sales, B to B.
  • Experience with business development
  • 3+ years of Industry experience
  • Minimum bachelor education (technical, management, sales)
  • Technical understanding of car charges
  • International experience
  • High level of negotiation
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven business track record within new and existing client relationships

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Norwegian, English and German
