INTERSEARCH ANNOUNCES NEW MEMBER FIRM IN COLOMBIA
InterSearch Worldwide, a leading global executive search organization operating in more than 45 countries, has announced that Colombia’s CMC International – with 15 consultants – has joined its worldwide network of alliance firms.
Founded in 1998 – and celebrating 15 years in operation – CMC today has offices in Medellín, Bogotá, and Cali. It offers clients a full suite of services for the management and maintenance of human resources, including:
• executive search
• outplacement services
• leadership, coaching and assessment programs
• plus qualitative diagnostics of an organization’s climate and culture to provide understanding of how employees perceive their work environment.
While primarily focused in the consumer and retail industries, CMC works with clients across a broad array of industries.
“We are happy and honored to be part of InterSearch because we know that it is a solid operation recognized in its member countries,” said CMC President Juan Felipe Cadavid Jaramillo. “For this reason we decided it was time to better serve clients referred from other countries and to offer our current clients global coverage of high quality and with the same principles and corporate values we have today.”
Added InterSearch Chairman Frank Schelstraete: “CMC is a respected firm, offering a wide variety of human relations and executive search services to benefit clients. InterSearch benefits as well from this alliance.”
