You will work closely to National Sales Manager. Your main task is to secure profitable expansion and further strengthening of our market position in the project segment of “Health & Education”.

The KAM will be a part of an expansion and contribute to develop at new sales team in Norway. The position has the overall responsibility of nurturing our established network of customers, building new relations and identifying possibilities in the entire “Health & Education” segment.

Ansvarsområder inkluderer

  • P&L responsibility for the Norwegian Health & Education project segment
  • Achieve growth by implementing a strategic sales plan
  • Setting goals and objectives
  • Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives/partners
  • Build long-lasting customer relationships directly or through all stakeholders
  • Report on budgets and forecasting
  • Identify market opportunities and shifts based on product knowledge and competitor awareness

Krav / kvalifikasjoner

  • Self-driven individual who proactively identifies and pursues business opportunities
  • Experience from similar roles with proven record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively towards customers. Stakeholder management and people skills is key
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from A to Z
  • Strong business sense and similar industry expertise
  • It is meriting that the candidate hase been in the industry of building material and working with all stakeholders within the industry
